Nubar Brilliant

Hi there, 

This is Nubar's Brilliant. This applied super sheer, but I did not mind, as I had to remove this the next day anyways. Its a pink scattered holo. To my surprise, (as I love pink polishes) out of all the holo polishes I have tried in my stash so far, it's my least favourite. I don't know why, but this just doesn't shout out to me. Maybe it's just not as holo as I wanted it to be. Brilliant has a WEAK scattered effect. I just got a flash here and there, under artificial lighting. Saying that, adding a top coat may have contributed to dulling out the holo effect.
